Need help - Transfer PCI Compiler license for pci_t32 MegaCore Function from old to new laptop

Question

My problem is, the original user of the laptop has already left and the corporate email that he used to sign up for an Altera account was already deleted and gone. I am still using the old laptop with the PCI T32 Compiler however I need to transfer the license of the PCI T32 Compiler to a newer laptop. I hope you can help me. Thank you.
