NCSIM Simulation Error

Dear Sir,

I met simulation error when using NCSIM 5.4. I use DDR2 HP IP with ALTMEMPHY. The error message is below,

ncvlog: *E,NOTPAR (../ddr2_ctrl_phy_alt_mem_phy.v,181|75): only parameters and constant literals allowed in constant expressions [4(IEEE)].

Could it might be too old version of NCSIM?
