Hi, I understand what you mean clearly.

but you seems to not answer my question directly. :)

I need to comfirm the following equations:

Multicycle hold constraint =wait time;

Multicycle period constraint - Multicycle hold constraint -1 = pipelined transfer read latency;

Are they right?
