Does this tool, made available from your repo on GitHub: https://github.com/intel/multi_power_sequencer, have an Export Control Classification Number (ECCN)?

Thanks, we had previously pursued this question with Intel Support directly, and told to raise it here because of it being 3rd Party. Is there any way to ping the developer of the tool on this forum with the hope this question might be highlighted for them?
