Then to activate the license , you need to apply through the Intel self service licensing center,

New ContributorYes, but to activate a license I need to have a product first... I suppose region suppliers are the only way? Or can I order/purchase product by Intel directly?

Evaluation mode allows to use quartus tool without license for 30 days Evaluation period during that period Quartus will generate time limited programming files so to generate time unlimited & full features user needs to purchase license & activate through the self service licensing center.
