ModelSim use

Greetings,
I'm personally using ModelSim - INTEL FPGA STARTER EDITION 10.5b Revision: 2016.10 for studying purposes.
Main activity: simulating vhdl circuits and considering waveforms and output files.
Is it compatible with the license of the product?

    ModelSim - INTEL FPGA STARTER EDITION does not require a license file to use.
