modelsim starter edition version 2019.4

Hi,

Is modelsim starter edition version 2019.4 available

I could find modelsim 2019.2 and 2020.1 version but not 2019.4

Modelsim 2019.4 version is needed to simulate vivado 2020.1 IP's. Both Modelsim 2019.2 and 2020.1 are giving compatibility issues

Please share the download link if modelsim 2019.4 version is available
