modelsim issue licensing

Hello dear,
My name is Mshal Altoub. I had the full software along with licenses but in somehow I lost everything, and I would like to have them back if it is possible. Also, if you can help me to download them correctly.

    Hi Sir

    Done some checking with customer service team. There is no license tagged to 34-17-EB-69-36-2D. Could you advise LAC# of the Modelsim license for further checking.
