Modelsim FLI/DPI license from Intel

Hi, Does regular ModelSim-Intel FPGA Edition license for 1995$ (alteramtivsim) enables FLI / DPI? Thanks.

The question is if I purchase (for 1999$) will that include FLI/DPI feature?

It's not clear what features paid version includes.
