ModelSim Altera License Purchasing

Hello,

Our FPGA team now want to setup a floating license server for Modelsim Altera Payed version.

But on the license purchase site of modelsim altera, I find only:

$1,995 includes software updates for one year
 
$1,695 for renewal

Is this price for a fixed license or a floating license?

If it's for fixed license, then where can I buy a floating license for modelsim altera?

If it's for floating license, then how can I buy additional seats and what's the price for one additionnal seat? because we may have 2 users running modelsim in the same time.
