ModelSim 13.1 Error permission denied

I just tried to create a new library in Modelsim and once I hit ok. It gives me an error. It is stating that the permission is denied. How can I get rid of it? To get better idea, I have attached the screenshot.

    Are you trying to create the libraries in the default installation directory? If so.. Windows may not allow you. Browse to the project source folder and then try creating a work library there.. It should work as long as you have read/write privileges for the folder/directory
