Model Sim in Altera 11.0

Hi,

I have installed Altera 11.0sp1, but i'm unable to access Model Sim from the tool.How do I get it connected so that it is useful for simulation purpose.

The error screen shot is in the attachment given below.

    Are you using the Modelsim Altera or Modelsim Altera Starter? I believe the Starter edition should be free.

    Why do we get native link error when we click the rtl simulation in quartus tool.
