MegaWizard has been frozen during User Flash Memory generation with initial value.

I have a problem in using MegaWizard for User Flash Memory generation with initial value. After all parameter setting and clicked finish, MegaWizard has been frozen. On the Windows task manage...

I found my mistake that I used hex file without Intel format.

After correct file, MegaWizard worked well.
