MegaWizard DDR3 Memory Configuration Setup

Hi everyone,

I am using the Micron DDR3 Memory (MT41J256M16RE-125), but I am not sure how to set it up in the MegaWizard. I can find all the timing parameters, but with the speed grade, I can't seem to find that on the Micron Datasheet.

Please help!
