may i disable OCT in the hpc_ii ddr2 controller with uniphy?

due to an board error, my board doesn't have RDN and RUP resistor, so i can't use termination with calibration.

when i use old controller with altmemphy, i can set io to use termination without calibration. but can i do this with new controller with uniphy?
