I am after a copy of MaxplusII V9.21 where can I download this from?

    Several older software versions are here;

    ftp://ftp.altera.com/outgoing/release/

    I don't see that specific version, so you might have to try another, or file a Service Request with Altera directly.

    Which device are you trying to synthesize for?
