    Hi Naren1,

    MAX+PLUS II license is no longer available for purchase.

    Free license for MAX+PLUS II BASELINE software has limited feature, which you already mentioned that it do not have features marked as * .

    You can either purchase the Intel Quartus Prime license that includes a full feature of MAX+PLUS II software.

    You may refer to the Intel Software Licensing Option page for a detailed description of Intel licensing options and the information required to obtain a valid license.

    You may let me know if you have any questions regarding Intel Quartus Prime license.
