I hope you have used the below link for MAX + Plus II licensing,

sometime it may take more than 24 hours to respond back with license file so I would like to request you wait for while & if you did not receive then please let me know.

Each time I get the following message –
MAX+PLUS II Software Licensing Request Completed

Thank you for choosing the MAX+PLUS II BASELINE development software. A license file enabling your free MAX+PLUS II BASELINE software will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.
But I never receive the license file. I have tried this several times in the last week or so.
