    I have used that link several times to make my license request. Each time I get the following message – MAX+PLUS II Software Licensing Request Completed [https://www.intel.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_US/images/support/licensing/free_software/images/step3.gif] Thank you for choosing the MAX+PLUS II BASELINE development software. A license file enabling your free MAX+PLUS II BASELINE software will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours. But I never receive the license file. I have tried this several times in the last week or so. Thank you.
