Please let us know that whether a jtag or usb-jtag cable has been properly to the board,

Hi,

I am doing setup in Azure vm. so there is no scope to check "whether a jtag or usb-jtag cable has been properly to the board" or we should assume that was plugged properly.

I have tried you link as well. but no use
