Logic Block dec38

Hello,

Is there a document describing the function of the MaxPlus2 logic block library symbols?

I'm particularly interested in the dec38 decoder symbol but can't find any description of the function of the 'sense' input?

Can anyone tell me its function?

    What is the dec38 symbol, and what does it do?

    And why are you using the very very old MaxPlus2?

    The dec38 is a 3 to 8 line decoder. Have solved the problem, I have noticed that in the library definitions there are equivalent schematic diagrams of the functions. The sense input is connected to a bank of xor gates on the 8 outputs, thus allowing the outputs to be inverted if 'sense' is 'high'.
