Links do not work for legacy development tools

How can I download Quartus II Stand-Alone Programmer (Quartus II Programmer Software v11.1 Service Pack 2) if the link is not working? Not just this 11.1 version but all old developer tool is inacces...

Sorry for what you all had been facing up until today, our INTEL IT developers are still actively working on this fix.

Currently, this issue is now top priority in INTEL IT. We will try to resolve this as soon as possible.
