All of the Quartus version you listed is still supported, Regarding you detail request of Quartus EOL, timeline etc, unfortunately I cant provide those as for now there is no plan to remove that. I would suggest you to subscribe to Intel FPGA customer notification link below to notify you when a PCN, PDN and/or a Customer Advisory has been added or updated on the Intel FPGA website.
