License requirement for Quartus Prime Programmer Standard Edition

Hello,

I would like to know if, I need a license file to use Quartus Prime Programmer, version 20.1.0 build 711 from 06/05/2020 SJ Standard Edition ( I have downloaded it from Quartus Prime Lite 20.1 package, Additional Software tab, Quartus Prime Programmer and Tools). This software is used to program a Cyclone III FPGA using an Altera USB Blaster, on a production test station.

Apparently Quartus Prime Lite software would not need license to use, I just want to make sure if this still applies if software is used for business purpose also.
