license for encrypted file

Hi, i have some question about licensing.

I compiled a example project on Quartus Prime Lite 20.1.
but it shows error like below
- Error (10003): Can't open encrypted VHDL or Verilog HDL file "/my/path" -- current license file does not contain a valid license for encrypted file
- Error (292014): Can't find valid feature line for core SLL_CA_HBC_T001_Hyperbus_Memory_Controller_10min_trial_edition (AE7C_0014) in current license.

so i wanted to get license for it, but i don't know how.

I tried to use [Self Service Licensing Center].
But i can't see products on [Products and Users -> Create New License]
products are not displayed.

so i tried to submit issue on [Contact Customer Service],
but it shows the error (NIC/Host/Guard ID entered is invalid.)
(i used both my computer MAC and NIC on quartus, but all failed)

is there any process to get license for this issue?

thanks
