I am working on an old platform which is using EP2C8AF256I8N, EPC15AF256A7N and EP2C50U484C7N OLD Cyclone-II FPGA's and have installed Quartus-II (ver. 13) SP1 web edition (latest rev that supports Cyclone-II devices) on my computer, but haven't been able to get the license to work.
Is there any license available for web edition Quartus-II?

The only version support Cyclone II is Quartus II V13 SP1. For your information, this version does not include the latest functional and security updates. If you must use this version of software, please follow the technical recommendations to help improve security.

I have installed the Quartus II 13.0sp1 but when I run it I get the "License file not specified message' popping up on the screen. Could you please let me know how to get a license (*.dat) file for this oldversion?
