LCD is always saying "Not Connected" !!!!

Hi Guys,

I am new to FPGA and Verilog. Now we are working with a Cyclone 4 and its serial number is EP4CGX150F00889. Ever since we bought this Development Board, whenever we turn it on it's LCD says 'Not Connected'. We checked the jumpers and everything but still the same. Other than that the FPGA works fine. Now, I need to work on the LCD. So I really need some help. Do you guys have any idea what could be the reason? Also, can you guys provide me any example of simple verilog code for LCD so that I can play with it? I will really appreciate any sort of suggestion or help.

    That "Not Connected" means that it's not connected to a network. The design that comes with the board should give you the hardware and software files.
