jtag secure mode

Hi, I want to enable jtag secure mode in quartus(standard version). Can anyone help me?

    I have check into the system and the license is already available with your Quartus Standard license. I have send you an email to provide the information on how to enable the design security.

Yes I have Quartus standard license.

The device is MAX10.
