JTAG Driver for Quartus 17.1 on UBUNTU 16.04

I am just looking for one single document covering the installation of JTAG drivers on Linux 16.04 for Quartus 17.1, specifically Ubuntu 16.04 and not any other version as well as Quartus 17.1

I've followed various websites, etc. and I simply cannot get it going. Quartus is operating fine; I can open/compile/etc.

In the past, I've had Quartus running on Ubuntu, although getting it to run has been a bit convoluted.
