Issue with BTS utility

Hi

I installed the Stratix10 FPGA development kit. When I run BoardTestSystem application It gave an error that mfc100.dll is missing which I downloaded. Subsequently I get the error as attached. It says application was unable to start correctly.

I am using Windows11. I see the same problem with Windows10 as well. I installed the Quartus software and it works fine.

Can some one suggest any inputs on this topic ?
