Is QuartusII version 14.1.1 Web edition compatible with "Windows 10_20H2"

Hi, I want to know that QuartusII version 14.1.1 Web edition is compatible with "Windows 10_20H2" or not? Thanks

The answer is no,

the supported os for Q14.1.1 would be:
