IP-JESD204B usage

Our engineer reports: "I am trying to recompile a design that was working early last year. I am having some trouble generating a programming image and the tools are complaining about an IP core that is in Evaluation mode. That probably means we had a license and now I can’t get access to it."

Do you know which software suite include IP-JESD204B as part of the license?
