Inversion Bubbles Missing in Quartus 10.0sp1

Version 9 of Quartus II drew inversion bubbles on inverted ports. It also enbedded "inversion" text into the actual .bsf file. This inversion text is a bitmap of inversion of the port. For example, the tool would display a green "1" next to a single-wire port that was inverted. Version 10 doesn't embed the version text in the bsf, doesn't draw the version bubble and doesn't show the bitmap. Furthermore, when version 9 project is opened in version 10, there are no inversion bubbles, enough though the inversion text is present in the bsf left over from version 9. Furthermore, if I manually draw and inversion bubble in version 10, than open the project in version 9, I get an inversion bubble next to the one that I drew manaully.
