15 years agoSlightly off topic, but my experience with Altera support is that I spend too time educating them about their own sotware. They ask for too much information than is not relevant to the problem. They want me to archive the whole project and send it to them, which I can't do because it contains trade secrets. So they want me to create a new project that demonstrates the problem. It's a big time commitment dealing with them.
