Invalid new License activation Code

I recently received a License Activation Code # for SW-ONE-QUARTUS after a purchase order had been completed. Going to this link: https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/generate-license-by-activation-code to generate a license with the activation code and entering in my activation code, it states "Error Invalid License Activation Code" and I am unable to proceed.

I have already attempted open two tickets two different days on the https://licensing.intel.com/psg/s/contact-customer-service which are supposed to be resolved in 1 working day, but I have not received either a posible solution or even a confirmation email that my ticket has been received. I have also contacted the Intel support chat and they have referred me to post here.

Please excuse me for being so presistent, but this issue is blocking the work of a team of people.
