Internal Error: Sub-system: VRFX, File: /quartus/synth/vrfx/verific/vhdl/vhdltreenode.cpp, Line: 1103

Hi,

The Quartus V18.1.0 SE display an error and stop running.

Any idea?

    That IE seems one of reported internal case. Did you use any nested generate statement in the design? Try to avoid using it and recompile.
