Is it with Free license, can't able to use all the dvices?
Please confirm that what are the devicesi can use with the Free license.

Super ContributorYou mention Pro in your title, but there is no free license for the Pro edition. If you are asking what devices can be used in general with a free license, you would need to use the Lite edition of Quartus, which supports Cyclone, MAX, and Arria devices.
