Intel Altera Floating license server not hosting all the features in the license file

I have a license file with Quartus Prime Pro license and another IP Core's license. Both of them are perpetual licenses but expired for maintenance.

On the client side I can only see Quartus Prime Pro's feature. The IP Core's feature is not listed.

The license file was generated on Nov-1-2021.
