Installing Quartus 12.0 does not install USB blaster driver automatically

Probably there are some people who are already aware of this matter but Quartus II software nowadays have poor installation. One of the issues is the USB blaster related. By right installing Quartus II should automatically installs the driver as well but still we have to manually install the USB blaster driver whenever we plug it in for the first time.

This would be quite a disaster for new users of Quartus II because they won't be familiar with the Quartus directory to look for the driver's folder.
