installation problem

hello everybody

I have a problem on installation quartus 12.1 web edition

I downloaded it successfully but when I try to install

its stuck on 6% and I don't know what to do

I try to run on win xp compatibility or as administrator but without any luck

My PC:

cpu: I5

memory:4Gb

OS: windows 7 x64

    do you have an antivirus? Try to disable during installation. It's typical quartus installer halt it due an antivirus.

    Hi,

    does it stuck (for minutes) or does it just seems to? (IIRC the installer seemed to stuck also for me, but the HDD light was on - thus it was "just" extracting something..
