I'm worried if there is a charge！

I accidentally downloaded the standard edition of Quartus Prime. After that, I was worried and immediately deleted the downloaded one. It says I need a paid license and I'm worried if I'll be charged. I have not obtained a license.　　 Download = billing?

    Not to worry! You only have to pay the license, not the software itself. I assume you didn't get the license, you should be fine.
