Ibis Model Error

Hello,

I'm using quartus version 11.0 and hyperlinks version 9.2. When I generate Ibis model for a project in quartus the file is generated but when I load the file in Hyperlinks it is showing error as shown below.

G:\FPGA IBIS\led_gpio.ibs:

Error : 1.4228e-004

Error : at line 7974 in file G:/FPGA IBIS/led_gpio.ibs : syntax error, unexpected Floating Point Number, expecting $end

Error : Parse failed on file G:/FPGA IBIS/led_gpio.ibs.

The error is shown after the end command in the Ibis file. So after end command we have floating numbers which is not considered in hyperlinks. What does the values actually represent, and why are we getting this error.

Just wonder which device model you are generating? If you try with other device, will the same error occur?

If you download the ibis model from Altera web for your selected device, will the same issue pop up in Hyperlynx?

You may cross check the IBIS model version vs the IBIS checker version in the Hyperlynx to see if there is any incompatibility that cause the error.
