I updated my Quartus License, which replaced my Clipper/Scaler IP with Cliper II/Scaler II. Need to add old Clipper/Scaler on my license.

I updated my Quartus License, which automatically replaced my Clipper/Scaler IP with Cliper II/Scaler II. With many historical projects using original Clipper/Scaler and multiple external interfaces expecting Clipper/Scaler, we need those back. Project generates only time-limited sof and license support center would only redirect me here.

    This is a normal behavior of license update due to Clipper/Scaler IP feature has obsoleted after release of Quartus 12.1 and replaced by Cliper II/Scaler II.
