Honored ContributorI have done to program the FPGA vis JTAC using am existing FPGA image supplied by the manufacturer) to enabel the PCI-E core.
But I don't know what is full power cycle. Although I try to find them, I failed. please tell me what is full power cycle in FPGA ?
