I have an issue with Quartus prime 18.0. Every time I try to upload my VHDL code to my DE0-nano board my windows 10 PC "encounters a problem and needs to restart" Any help with this will be greatly appreciated!

Are you trying do load .sof or preloader image to sd-card?

Are you facing this issue only in Qurtus 18.0?

Have followed the steps from My_First_Fpga?
