I don't understand how to create or receive the free license for Questa FPGA starter edition

I just installed the Quartus 21.1 lite with the new EDA Questa FPGA starter edition included in place of Modelsim.

Questa should require a (free) license, but i'm not able to find any information about how create it.

I spend one hour looking around for finding a way or informations about this procedure.

All FAQs and installation infos i found seems don't have a single word about that.

The self licensing center says i don't have ant product to handle, probably i should send a request or any other action.

Please give me a link with the activation procedure in expalined in detail.

Note: I already found this link into a similar post:

1) Go to this link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/software/programmable/quartus-prime/whats-new.html

2) Go to bottom of the page you will find (blank image)

3) Choose Questasim*-Intel® FPGA Starter edition. Create license. (blank image)

4) Once complete, the license will automatically sent to your email.

But i'm not sill able to find the create license .

    Dear MauroChim,

    We have launched new Self Service Licensing (SSLC) Portal, available by this week WW47.
    Users are now can access to SSLC as usual.

    If you have not yet register in SSLC;
    1. Please go to SSLC link and it will take you to login page.
    2. Click this link to register. Fill in your information --> Verify your email --> confirm your information .
    3. To accept Terms & Conditions.
    You will receive an email stating that you are now have the access to SSLC.

    If you have SSLC access, you can have a try to log in to this page and request for SW-QUESTA starter edition sign-up.

    If you have further concern or questions, you may let me know.
