I don't understand how to create or receive the free license for Questa FPGA starter edition

I just installed the Quartus 21.1 lite with the new EDA Questa FPGA starter edition included in place of Modelsim. Questa should require a (free) license, but i'm not able to find any information a...

Dear MauroChim,

We have launched new Self Service Licensing (SSLC) Portal, available by this week WW47.
Users are now can access to SSLC as usual.

If you have not yet register in SSLC;
1. Please go to SSLC link and it will take you to login page.
2. Click this link to register. Fill in your information --> Verify your email --> confirm your information .
3. To accept Terms & Conditions.
You will receive an email stating that you are now have the access to SSLC.

If you have SSLC access, you can have a try to log in to this page and request for SW-QUESTA starter edition sign-up.

If you have further concern or questions, you may let me know.

    Hi Wani,

    Let me continue this thread.

    I've got the license file for using Questa FPGA starter edition yesterday and set the path to it in Quartus Options

    EDA Tools set to Questa Intel FPGA

    When I run RTL Simulation I get

    What do I do wrong?

    Design analyzing and Verilog synthesis run with no problem.
