I can't see the wave window in modelsim

El código en quartus II no tiene ningún error, la compilación fue exitosa pero no puedo ver la ventana de onda después de los errores.

# Se ha especificado una cadena de tiempo no válida:
# No existe una licencia de flujo de datos extendida.

¿Alguien podría ayudarme?

    Hi,


    ERROR: No extended dataflow license exists:

    I'm guessing dataflow view is enabled by default. Go to View->Dataflow and disable it.


    Invalid time string specified:

    Can you follow these steps:

    1. Press win+R and open "regedit". This opens Registry Editor.
    2. Look for Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Model Technology Incorporated\ModelSim
    3. Select all the registries in this folder and delete them.
