I can't find the ALTACCUMULATE IP in MegaWizard Plug In Manager of Quartus 13

I can't find the ALTACCUMULATE IP in MegaWizard Plug In Manager of Quartus 13.0 or 13.1,but I found something related in the software Installation Directory as showed above.and the Quartus7.2 offered this IP.Does your Quartus has this IP and

which version it is?

    I'm afraid it's not there to find. It was (almost certainly) dropped quite a few releases ago. With functions like that, which are very easy to code with one or two lines of code, Altera have decided it isn't worth the effort to maintain them.
