I can't download the Qwartus Prime 18.1 Lite file.

I can't download the Quartus Prime 18.1 Lite file.​ I tried to download the tar file by click the arrow buttun. But nothing happens. Please help me.

I could download the tar file by GoogleChrome.

And I installed "Quartus Prime Lite Edition".
